French Influences
Jane, the founder of Lime au Lait Atelier, has dedicated her career to the art of interior finishes and the beauty of European and English architecture. With two decades of experience as a project manager, she has skillfully navigated the interiors of both ancient and modern homes across Australia, England, and France. Her passion for restoration and design culminated in the renovation of the stunning 400-year-old Chateau du Jonquay and its farmhouse in France, which highlights her expertise and commitment to quality. Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Lime au Lait Atelier by enjoying short stays or participating in workshops, in these beautifully transformed properties, where they can experience the unique textures and vibrant colours of our innovative, sustainable paints first-hand.
During these renovations Jane became familiar with the wonderful healthy sustainable paint options available in the UK and Europe. Driven by her desire to replicate the European elegance she adores, she set out to create a line of eco-friendly, powdered paints bringing the essence of European sophistication to Australian interiors of all styles, both modern and old.
